These rules apply to everyone who learns or teaches on this site.

Buying courses

Students pay by card through Stripe and get lifetime access to the courses they buy, for as long as the course stays on the site.

Refunds

A student may ask for a refund within the refund window shown on the My learning page, as long as only a small part of the course was watched. Staff review every request. A refunded course is removed from the student’s library.

Teaching

Instructors publish only material they own or have the right to use. Courses are reviewed before they go live. Instructors answer student questions in a reasonable time.

Instructor earnings

The marketplace keeps the commission shown on the Earnings page. Earnings clear after the hold period and can then be withdrawn.

Conduct

No spam, fraud, copied material or harassment. Use the Report button; staff may remove courses, reviews or accounts.
